Chip WilsonGUEST
So I think when, when, um, I got into, um, you know, I had, you know, I, I recognized the market for yoga much like I saw the market for surf, skate, and snowboarding.
Chip WilsonGUEST
But then I really saw this, um, I, I remember reading in 19, um, 96 that nine- that 60% of the graduates were out of university were women, and I knew that that would continue because I think, uh, women are smarter than men.

Chip WilsonGUEST
And when that happens, the board comes in, more of a metric type board that's more beholden to Wall Street.
Chip WilsonGUEST
and quarterly numbers, and it hires people that can deliver specific quarterly numbers.
Chip WilsonGUEST
And those people are generally very good and everything, but they're not creative, and they tend to use algorithms to buy and sell what's sold the year before.
