One of the things we found is it took us more time to manage other people's properties than our property Because we thought it'd be same as managing our property, but the problem is we are okay spending the extra money so we don't need to keep fixing it.

And we would buy a premium certain things, and that's like we're okay with it because we know we're gonna make the money because we kinda know what's going on.
