So just to kick us off, Cheryl, if you don't mind, can you tell us a little bit just about baseline, the origins of Mission Mavericks and where it came from?

Well, so back when I was president of the Central West Coast Chapter of Florida Public Relations Association in 2022-23, our annual theme for the year for the state Florida public relations association was you belong.

Now that sounded pretty powerful to me, but how do you actually, integrate that? How do you get people involved? How do you get them engaged? How is it going to be measured and tracked and how are people going to respond to it? You know, I thought, okay, well, it's just, it can't be a hashtag.

It can't be a message on a tote bag.

People aren't going to respond to that.

So we created a new position on our board that year, which was the community liaison, which you now are a part of and are handling this year and Hunter Carpenter.
