So what I was looking for, I think as a small firm, you're kind of on a little island sometimes, right? You don't have other firms to benchmark against, to do best practices.

So what I was looking for was a group that I could join that we basically could share ideas, share best practices, share what's worked and what hasn't worked so that I don't have to make the same mistake as maybe another firm has made.

So and what I ended up having in doing, in, in joining your groups, is I now have a whole network of not only just professionals, but friends.

They're good, good people.

We get along really well.

Um, when we have these meetings, we meet twice a year.
