And then, of course, we can talk about what it's like to be at a CDMO, but to go from a biotech to pharma, because your title didn't change, but how did your job change in those two different environments? And I guess, how has it changed now that you're at Asmiket?

First, yeah, let's talk about from Mirati to BMS, right? Obviously, you know, as Alagasp got launched, Mirati also grew substantially, right? It was not a small biotech anymore.

When I joined Mirati in 2019, so Mirati had like 85 people, right? And then by time, I think BMS...

acquired us, Murati, which is maybe up to 500 people.

So it's a million size biotech company.

We literally got a little bit of everything and then we try to operate a little bit like a farmer, right? And then when BMS acquired us, of course, BMS inserted their practice, right? And then take over the projects.

And then they have to decide who to retain, who to let go, things like that.

It'd be interesting to hear from a process chemist perspective, you know, what that was like adjusting to these new processes.
