When we, when we do these menus, what's your biggest point of stress? What's your biggest point of, like, excitement?

Oh my God, the stress.

[laughs] Um, probably biggest point of stress is just onboarding everybody onto, like, the new stuff and just, like...

It's usually probably me spending a week or two here of just, like, you know, a lot of hours just kind of micromanaging everybody, just so, like, they get the standard of, like, how we want it to go out.

Uh, especially because, like, they're learning all these new pickups.

Yeah.

So making sure that is going out correctly is probably the main thing.

Ordering and stuff like that, it's, like, annoying.
