and just very specifically the felonies that he's facing, drugging someone for sexual intercourse, which is a felony under Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 272, Section 3, which is the administering of a substance with intent to stupefy or overpower a person to enable sexual intercourse that carries with it a mandatory minimum of 10 years in prison, in state prison, or a maximum sentence of life imprisonment, And that carries the lifetime requirement to register as a sex offender.

Rape under Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 265, Section 22, compelling a person to submit to sexual intercourse by force or against their will results in a felony charge that could result in a 20-year prison sentence and mandatory registration as a sex offender for life.

Now, faces arraignment for these charges on October 14th with Chatham, Massachusetts listed as the jurisdiction.

And I think this is kind of the nature of a rapidly developing story is because he hasn't appeared in court yet, because he hasn't physically surrendered himself.

I'm happy to report that my third annual summer trip to the glorious Christmas Joy Shop in Chatham, Massachusetts, in the heart of Cape Cod.

There are those seagulls with Santa hats, whales with wreaths around their neck, and an Adirondack chairs with Sharpie written Cape Cod 26 across the back.

Yeah.

I was staying on Cape Cod in Chatham for the weekend with like my family friends and they took me to P-Town for a few hours.

It was really fun.

The accuser previously describing the alleged encounter in a civil lawsuit filed against Peters in Florida.

The Associated Press obtaining a Chatham, Massachusetts police report outlining the same alleged assault described in the accuser's Florida civil case.

In that report, the teenager telling investigators Peters recruited her to appear in his looksmaxing content while allegedly knowing she was only 17.

Peters accused of directing the teen to present herself to viewers as an 18-year-old and to describe the vodka he provided as water.

An invasive species of clams are being confirmed to be in the coastal waters off Cape Cod.

The Massachusetts Office of Coastal Zone Management says manila clams were first found off Chatham in 2023.

Now they've spread to being all along the coast of the Cape.

The clams are native of the Northwest Pacific Ocean region and are considered to be invasive due to how quickly they can reproduce.

On the evening of February 17th, the Fort Mercer had progressed almost to its destination of Portland, Maine.

But with conditions far too severe to approach, Captain Peitzel turned back and positioned the ship about thirty miles southeast of Chatham, Massachusetts, off Cape Cod.

Peitzel would attempt to ride out the storm and wait for better weather.

They were to head out to the Fort Mercer's location, now twenty-five miles off Chatham.
