And so what did you major in in college, and what did you think life would look like after college?

I majored in apparel merchandising.

I thought I wanted...

First I thought I wanted to open a boutique, a clothing boutique, and then I got a part-time job in, was that freshman year of college, and realized quickly I did not want to be in a store.

I really just did not enjoy that experience.

I sort of felt like a sitting duck, just, you know, waiting for someone to come in.

So I, I didn't think that that was gonna be right for me, and then I thought, "Okay, I'll be a buyer for ideally a really great fancy, you know, maybe, maybe for Nordstrom or something like that," and kind of considered going to New York or Chicago or Dallas or something like that.

Did you self-publish this book? And kind of lead me through your decision to do that, why you chose that, and kind of what that process looked like.
