Chase BucknerGUEST
was an event and that's one thing i wish i did more of in the time that we were building the agency because that type of stuff wasn't even really on my radar and matt was very much of to his credit we don't need any of this crap we don't need consultants we don't need people's advice we don't need we can figure this all out on our own and that was the mentality that we were in so it was very much like we had blinders on But we, like, I think a lot of great agencies at the time.

Chase BucknerGUEST
We're stitching together 6, 7 different softwares for every client that came to the door, which is a mess.

Chase BucknerGUEST
We got to this point, which I think is very common in the agency journey back then, which was, hey, should we try to build a solution that ties all this stuff together? And we were a WordPress shop and luckily our engine, our devs were smart enough and self-aware enough to be like, yo guys, we're like WordPress developers.

So we'll put a text widget on the site so that people can text in, interact with that same AI, book just like they can if they called, and we should be able to increase business significantly because now you're operating across channels.

Phil McGrawHOST
And you can educate your clients as to what your new capabilities are as they come in.

Chase BucknerGUEST
And then once we have text message rolling, we can really improve things from there.

Well, really excited to be here today, especially to help Pam because realty is one of the prime industries for high level.

Chase BucknerGUEST
So step number one is a consolidated system so that everything feeds into one CRM or database, we call it, so that nothing slips through the cracks.

This is a super common business problem because you're there on the job, right? Statistically, we see that businesses miss about half of their inbound calls, which is crazy because when we call for a local service and we don't get an answer, what do we do? We call the next competitor, right? So we're going to install voice AI right out of the gate so that every call gets answered.

Chase BucknerGUEST
and it's going to answer questions and not only answer their questions, but actually book appointments for you.

Chase BucknerGUEST
So when you get back to your truck after the job, you're gonna have the next appointment already lined up instead of missing that call.

Phil McGrawHOST
Let's talk about workflow and getting that down because I got a sneaking suspicion that this looks a little like the Keystone Cops.
