Chase BlakelyGUEST
Yeah, man, I think, uh, I don't think there's really anything that duplicates it in the space.

Chase BlakelyGUEST
And I think ultimately like from like the training aspect, it's like we can now teach agents how to sell life insurance prior to them even getting on the phone while they're waiting for licensing contracting.

Chase BlakelyGUEST
I think when I was struggling as a new agent, I was trying to always dissect health issues and like which care was going to be the best, which one was going to be the cheapest, which one was going to qualify them, just does it all for them.

Chase BlakelyGUEST
And so, Whether it's like understanding your commissions, what carriers you should go to, like, should you follow up with certain people? It literally does it all for them.

so you're doing that now and walk me through the next couple months you know at what point do you say hey i'm gonna i'm gonna maybe start telling people about the opportunity i'm gonna start building an agency i'm gonna start building a team like when does that kind of start to take place

Chase BlakelyGUEST
yeah so i think for me it was a little bit of delayed um as far as like getting into like the recruiting side because i just needed a breath of fresh air yeah um from the solar space but i think one thing that we've kind of seen take course over the last you know six to 12 months is people are just starting to do it quicker and quicker and quicker because we're very vocal with our results like we recruit very heavily on social media and the numbers that we post every day on social media are high because they're legit numbers that people are selling yeah and so i think people are one highly attracted to it but it makes like bringing people into the business a little bit simpler But two, I think people can come in and have very quick results.

Chase BlakelyGUEST
I think most of our agents, I'd say probably 80% of our agents currently selling with us probably made a sale within their first 24 to 48 hours.

Chase BlakelyGUEST
And they made on average, probably more than a thousand dollars on that sale.

So like, what would you have to say to other people who are maybe hesitant to like building a team or having an agency or even like they don't see themselves doing that, you know?

And then we get into the micros, like how does it change specific jobs? How does it change workflows, operations, that sort of thing.

Chase BlakelyGUEST
Like on the agent side, I think one thing that they've done well at, and if the insurance agent utilizes their AI agent to the full capability, it takes a lot of the thinking out for them.

Chase BlakelyGUEST
And so what I mean by that is it handles all the client outbound outreach at a very high level, but now you can, When you're on a live call, it populates the 10 best carriers.
