So, I mean, why did you choose that theme for the record? Is that something that you're personally like going through yourself and something that you're, you're, yeah, you're going through yourself or is that just, again, something that just stood out to you?

i'm so i'm definitely going through a little bit of it i have an autoimmune issue that flared up pretty bad last year i've had some issues with it um coming and going and i kind of realized i was like man i just i keep going in and out of the different doctors and stuff and i just feeling very negative um And I was like, I feel like I need to continue to just try different things and maybe try to lift my attitude up a little bit in certain aspects.

And I grew up when I was very little, I grew up in a church where my grandfather was the pastor.

So as I've kind of gotten older and fallen into more so of, you know, the societal norms and stuff like that going through, you know, high school and all that.

I strayed, I strayed far from it.

And then I continued to stray further and further and further.

And I just kind of decided, I was like, I have very little faith in anything, you know? So I kind of just started searching for answers and, and diving into some of like the, the Bible scripture.
