I think it's hard, obviously, as a mum and, like, you're the one that grows the child and that has to go through the birth and all that kind of stuff.

And it does take a bit of time to recalibrate after all that, or it did for me personally.

I like... had to set certain parameters and like come off social media for a bit and just I didn't feel like stuff like that was very good for my headspace at the time like yeah I just needed to sort of regroup yeah um but after a little bit of time when I was ready when I felt like I was in control of the situation then I sort of put Instagram back on my phone and I've only just in In the last couple of months, put notifications back on my phone.
