Like in the Harquahala Valley there's a lot of good recharge just naturally every year when it rains, but we're in this extreme long-term drought condition, and surface water is experiencing serious stress, both Colorado and Salt River.

And so it's a very, it's a very complicated, very emotional environment.

Uh, and so whether it's employment, housing, education, uh, you kind of have to pinch yourself because it's all here.

It's all readily available to everybody at every level.
