So tell me about building the Real Wine Collective, and then let's taste the Blossom Fury.

Well, the idea of Real Wine Collective was meeting the moment.

So when I started, uh, making wine, which was K Vintners, which was ground zero, it's about, always been about communicating the language of wine to everyone, 'cause not everybody speaks wine.

The vast majority of people don't speak wine, and that doesn't mean that you shouldn't have access to it.

I mean, yes, us wine people, but we're not a wine culture as a country.

You know, if you take the whole country in, maybe about 3%, you know, are part of the wine culture.

30% love to drink wine, but beyond that, hey, it's one thing we drink at Thanksgiving with our family, you know, or at a celebration.
