We built area confidence scores, so you can see, like, basically some proprietary formulas we built where, where we think an area will go over the next year.

Are we confident? Are we not confident? We built some stuff to do with liquidity And also absorption rates.

So obviously everyone knows 2027, 2028, we're looking at a lot of units coming onto the market.

So we've tried to anticipate are these areas able to absorb this number of units? So that's all on the automated valuation side.

We have a portfolio management tool where you can add all your units that you have debt on or you bought or, you know, you have any kind of-- Whether you're a, uh, real estate agent, you can see which areas you're closing in more, what kind of units you're closing, what price point, et cetera.
