I have a study group I work with, a Great Lakes group, right? And we talk about things like this.

And early on, I figured out I needed an org chart.

A defined layout of who reports to who, but also where are the roles that need to be best covered? Do we have the right people for all the right holes? And going through that, I was very intentional on making sure I didn't have a job.

Making sure that I was just kind of over the top of it and I'll help every day.
