And can you tell us a little bit about how you first got into running and what those pre-parkrun running days looked like for you?

Yeah, of course.

So I've always done a bit of running, but round about my late 20s, early 30s, I wanted to do a marathon because I thought I would otherwise miss my chance to give a marathon the best shot.

So I did loads of training.

I thought I did loads of training.

And did my first marathon.

And then I thought I'd do another one.
