How do you see their relationship in that way?

I see the relationship as one where it is a fine balancing act.

It's very it's rooted in reality.

You know, there are relationships out there where you have a best friend and boss and the dynamic is tricky.

Yeah.

And naturally so.

But if your best friend is the best person for the job, this is some of the things you are willing to navigate and negotiate in your business.

Why do you think that is? Oh,

Who would you like to

nominate? I would like to nominate Reverend Sybil Phoenix OBE.

Now, the reason why is I grew up in South East London and my mum was a social worker.

And I grew up constantly hearing about Sybil Phoenix because Sybil was the first black woman to be honoured with an MBE.

And then that was upgraded to an OBE in 2008.

And the reason why I knew about her is my mum worked for Lewisham Council in children and families.

And Sybil Phoenix locally was a woman who fostered hundreds and hundreds of young people into her home with her family over the years.

And that is so much better than being an astronaut.

Mm-hmm.

In the safe environments that, the, in which we do them.

And it's, it's interesting, I think, when you come from the sorts of backgrounds where you want to find something else by joining the armed forces or traveling across the sea to help the motherland or what have you.

It's because of the environments in which you've grown up in at home.

But when you live in those kinds of environments, the one thing that you have that is worth more than gold is community.

It's the community that helps you to raise your children.

It's your community that helps to educate your, your children.
