Now, I was expecting a really hostile reception, but fortunately there was nobody there to give us one.
63:40
Yeah, I think there's a bit going on over in South Africa, maybe with the army and politics.
63:48
I think most of the crowd has stayed away.
63:52
It's pretty disappointing to see on TV.
63:54
It's a nice green ground.
63:57
Usually those hills are packed with... people sunbathing and beers in hand, but it wasn't the peak.
64:41
Did straight away they know they'd done wrong? Were they upset they got caught? What were the emotions of all of that, Chad?
64:49
It was obviously disappointing, Rowey.
0:51
Is it that good, the pitch itself and what it's doing for the bowlers or is the bowlers really lifted? Because I'm probably leading to, what do you reckon is a dangerous total that we could maybe scrape up?
1:04
It's been a great cricket wicket in the first 20 overs for the ball.
1:09
It's swinging around and nipping around, but as a batter, if you can get past that, there's some nice conditions to bat in on day one.
1:17
whenever one side gained momentum, the other side wrestled it back.
1:20
So it's actually been a very good game of cricket, apart from that 10 to 15 overs the South Australians batted this afternoon.
3:05
Now, I was expecting a really hostile reception, but fortunately there was nobody there to give us one.
3:14
Yeah, I think there's a bit going on over in South Africa, maybe with the army and politics.
3:22
I think most of the crowd has stayed away.
73:25
In the end, like I say, apart from that one huge innings, it's been a pretty evenly poised test.
73:31
Yeah, I think it's been a pretty good cricket wicket, Biggs.
73:34
And as every wicket should be on day one and two, it should be an even contest and probably a tad in favour of the bowlers.
73:42
So bowlers are allowed to bowl well during the game.
73:46
And Matt Rancho just played a proper test innings.
73:49
I think we're probably... always seeing batters go on the attack now in the modern era and he turned back time and faced I think nearly over or probably over 300 balls and just occupied the crease and put in some good partnerships with the tail and as I said ever since that day one they've led the game and it looks like they're going to go on to a test victory.
75:53
You must be really impressed with them.
75:56
Yeah, they've just continued on this season as they finished last season, haven't they? They had that one shaky one-day game at the start of the season.
4:44
Um, Nathan Lyon, is he closer to the end than we think?
4:52
I think obviously age probably, um, would say he is, but he's still bowling beautifully, isn't he? Um, he still offers a lot to that Australian cricket side and I guess as a whole in, in Australian domestic cricket at the moment, there's not really a heap of spinners who are dominating, so probably Rockatelli from, um, WA is the one that's gonna, um, start coming for Nathan Lyon.
5:13
His last couple of seasons in Shield cricket have been really good but I guess while Nathan Lyon's still performing at the level, level he is, then there's no reason for him to retire yet.
5:31
You must be really impressed with them.
5:34
Yeah, they've just continued on this season as they finished last season, haven't they? They had that one shaky, uh, one day game at the start of the, the season but, um, the following two have...
5:44
They've put in some great performances as we saw yesterday, and they made 311 after a shaky start and Matt Gilkes, um, coming across from New South Wales, uh, his, his first hundred in one-day cricket.
5:55
And followed up from the bowlers with D'Arcy and Wade had taken three for and, um, a great win for them.
6:01
Um, and in the Shield game- Uh, to win the toss and, and bowl Victoria out for 240.
29:25
Mm
29:25
... uh, the three boys getting their sentence and, um, yeah, meetings going on everywhere and, uh, they get sent home.
29:32
And then, uh, you find out that the three other blokes are, are coming over, um, a couple of them just winning a shield.
29:38
So, um, [laughs] they would've been, uh, celebrating hard and then to find out they were coming over to play, uh, the last test in South Africa, um, was probably [laughs] mixed emotions for them as well.
29:49
But, um, yeah, we didn't train that whole week leading into the fourth test until the night before, which is so unheard of.
29:57
Um, but yeah, that's when I obviously found out, and I still at that stage didn't think I was any chance of playing.
30:03
I would've thought they would've kept the three big quicks in there to, to make a statement and, and earn that respect back.
33:08
So are you nervous? By the time the moment actually lands and you get given the ball, are you nervous?
