And just in general, I like to get your feedback on where do you see the private equity in the HVAC plumbing come together at this point.
26:35
Yeah, so I think you're spot on.
26:38
There's been some great success stories.
26:41
JT mentioned Tommy in A1.
26:44
He's a good buddy of mine.
26:45
I was just with him like two days ago.
26:47
And that's a success story.

17 MINS LATER

43:32
It's a new fashion line.
2:50
Tell us how, how you guys got started.
2:51
Yeah.
2:52
So, uh, thanks for having me on.
2:53
Excited to talk.
2:55
I'm kinda new to the, uh, social media game, so, uh, guys like yourself, uh, seem to pop up, and i-it's been kind of a rabbit hole that I've gotten down in the, in the evenings or, or what have you, much to my wife's chagrin.
3:07
But, uh, it's interesting.
3:09
Uh, we love this stuff.

16 MINS LATER

19:33
So you spent a million dollars getting your existing clients to realize you do another thing.
7:59
billboards I'm assuming actually I was in Indianapolis and I believe I saw I believe I saw some stuff but yeah what's like what are the main channels for demand and I know we talked about like Facebook when we were in person because everyone's always trying to think of what are some different ways that I could generate leads versus these traditional channels so yeah curious on your thoughts
8:21
Yeah, absolutely.
8:22
So I think the important thing to take into consideration is while we have 11 locations and it's all the same brand, there are 11 different businesses.
8:32
In fact, they are more than 11 different businesses because each location has multiple trades.
8:39
And multiple trades mean different needs at different times at different minutes of the day.
8:47
And so...
8:49
I'm not going to tell anybody anything crazy about how we drive leads, but I will tell you the secret sauce in that.

7 MINS LATER

15:47
But just wanted to get your thoughts before that on what's your sentiment on AI answering the phone?
6:57

And so You know, we do.

7 MINS LATER

14:44
But just wanted to get your thoughts before that on what's your sentiment on AI answering the phone?
12:39
But how did you kind of like when you switch teams and it was a little bit of a different mindset, you said that you were able to get that.
12:46
Yeah, I think one thing is just growing up, right? I mean, when you're 18, 19, I think there's a lot of growing up that happens in kind of those college years from 18 to two, where you realize that your way is not always the best way and you don't have all the answers.
13:02
And so I think that for me, what helped me get it was just kind of just seeing it, right? Like just understanding that the ingredients to success are all the same.
13:13
They may be packaged a little bit differently, but the bedrock stuff of hard work, determination, overcoming adversity, like that's all the same.
13:22
And so it doesn't really matter if they call it something different or they go about it a little bit differently.
13:27
At the end of the day, we're trying to achieve the same result.
13:29
And for me, that was kind of eye-opening.
18:12
We make room for this increased focus by shedding our current habits that don't serve the person we want to become.
13:42
