So when it comes to Mac applications, which are the three or five Mac applications, desktop applications that you cannot imagine running a business without?
2:36
Yeah, it seems like it changes quickly.
2:40
Probably every three months for me.
2:42
I have shiny object syndrome.
2:44
I love getting distracted by my new applications.
2:47
A few that I use all day, every day, maybe some of you've heard of them or not, but one is called Moom, M-O-O-M.
2:58
And it's a window manager.

Can you share that with the audience?
2:09
So help us understand what impact can this have on our business?
2:15
So I've always worked for myself and have shied away from wanting to grow a big team and scaling a company with a lot of headcount because I think just for me personally, like leading a large organization with a lot of people is just not my strong suit.
2:32
I do kind of like to go into monk mode and kind of work on my own.
2:36
And But I feel like there is a lot of power in having great collaborators.
2:43
So maybe not necessarily employees, but experts or consultants that you can bring in for very tactical projects.
2:52
I think one of the nice things about working with AI is it eliminates a lot of the messiness and complexity in working with actual people.
3:00
But you do also lose some of the humanity as well.

9:55
So what are some of your proudest moments or biggest successes you've seen with your clients?
4:20
Yeah.
4:20
But, um, I think there's just, like, my creative background always is, uh, you know, yearning for, like, this belief that humans are truly unique and, you know, that we have this, uh, genius inside of us, um, that couldn't be replicated by a machine.
4:38
And I think that's kind of the core of my thesis, that, you know, AI will take commodity knowledge and commali- commodity work and take that away, but the ability for, you know, creativity and, and deep reasoning, um, I think are truly human faculties that machines, at least in the near term, I'd say three to five years, uh, won't be able to replace.
5:09
Um, and, like, if you're a business owner operating kind of at the peak of your craft, I think that if you focus on your own unique ability and you can-
6:14
Right.
6:15
All the way on the other end, you can create almost, like, an AI avatar of yourself that has, um, a lot of your knowledge and context about, you know, who you are and what you do and how you work, uh, the projects that you're working on, uh, even down to the detailed playbooks of step-by-step this is how I do my work.
6:37
And those AI agents can operate and coordinate other AI agents to do work on your behalf.
6:45
So that's kind of the ultimate level, where there's an AI orchestrator that's, you know, uh, Mickey Mouse in Fantasia, um, that has all of the AI agents, uh, going and doing your work for you.

2:54
But from where you sit, um, having worked with all kinds of people trying to figure this out, what do you think we are getting most wrong about what it even means to keep up?
3:07
Hmm.
3:08
Well, uh, the FOMO is real.
3:10
Um, I'm even, am feeling it today.
3:13
Uh, we're recording this in, in June of 2026, and Anthropic just released their latest, uh, AI model called Fable.
3:22
And, you know, they even put, like, a, a time limit on it, and they said, "Oh, you know, you can use it in, uh, in your subscription only for two weeks, and then we're gonna make y- you pay for it." And, um, i- it, this happens now it seems like every single month, and-- or, or sometimes even every single week.
3:41
Um, and for those of us maybe at the bleeding edge, it seems like your Twitter feed is, is constantly rattling off all of the things that you're missing out on.

Mm-hmm
6:56
'Cause remember, that's what we're all about here at Seven Figure Life Fulfillment is, is, you know, how you can grow your revenue while working fewer hours.
7:04
Yeah.
7:04
I love looking at AI applications in two lenses, uh, pretty similar.
7:08
It's like, how can I grow the business, grow revenue, and how can I cut costs and save time? I think it's, it's a great framework.
7:15
So I've worked with a, a coaching and training business, um, in kind of the, uh, I'll just say kind of wellness space, and they have a, a coaching program where they go through a sequence of calls.
7:29
It's, it's a whole curriculum, 12, 14 calls with some one-on-one, uh, coaching as well.
7:35
And the business owner quickly realized that, you know, she was so busy, uh, operating this business that she couldn't show up and, and do the actual coaching for, for these wellness business owners.
