If I want to buy that lot over there, I don't have to worry about whether or not you have water to that lot.

Well, and that's a credit to the planning and growth and development.

Very pragmatic, very purposeful.

And again, great partnerships with the developers, great partnerships with the engineers, great partnerships with the businesses.

And then, you know, not taking it for granted because we want... you to come in with your vision.

We want you to be successful.

So we'll work hard to ensure that you don't go to Fargo, you don't go to Moorhead, and that we do build together in Dilworth.

I mean, this town has been where he pulls up, leaves his pickup, hops on the train, heads out.

the stats for this and and how the stats were tweaked for this card

yeah so this is kind of like a championship edition um although we didn't come out and say that on the card like we did with bruno's a couple years ago i would say this is very similar to that that this would be if Luthez won the title in your fed, you would use these championship edition stats.

Cause there's just a little, a little bit better.

We did tweak his card a little bit.

Um, but it was just important to me and I'd like to do this at some point.

Um, and I'm not even saying through the main Trago's Fez line, maybe we do it as a special starter pack guys like Harley race, Nick Bockwinkle, uh, red Bay Steen, Luthez who are in the hall of fame, who have, um, who are not on a Hall of Fame background.

And I know some people don't care about that.

What are your thoughts on... uh the the regional rumble

But give us a little history lesson on the Hall of Fame and of the museum itself.

Sure.

So, um, first off, thank you so much for having me here.

I appreciate the opportunity to chat with you all about this event, and, and I, I agree with you, Mick, uh, it is my favorite weekend of the year, something I look forward to.

Uh, even though it's really exhausting, it's still a heck of a lot of fun, and, um, it, it's just a great time.

So the museum was started in, uh, Newton, Iowa by, uh, Mike Chapman, author and, and huge researcher for, you know, Frank Gotch.

Um, and it started in 1999, and the first Hall of Fame, uh, induction ceremony was actually in com- in a combination with the CAC.

Very, very talented

Um, and then our, uh, Melody Award winner, Tony Richards, is gonna have, um, a, a bit of discussion about, I believe it's gonna be about his new book on Dory Funk Sr.

So that'll be cool as well.

Uh, so we have five round tables.

On, on Friday we have an autograph session.

Um, we'll, Friday we'll also have our in- induction ceremony.

Um, there'll be a comedy show afterwards this year with, um, uh, Kid Kasio that, uh, JBL has lined up.
