What do you see as your greatest accomplishment and what's still left to be done?

Looking back, I'm astonished at how quickly four years has gone.

In terms of just what's tangible, I think the thing that fills me with the biggest sense of pride is the wage increases, the salary increases that we've been able to enact for the folks at the city who make it go every day.

That when you turn your water on, it's clean and it's there when you need it.

When you flip the switch, the light comes on.

We are a safe community and that doesn't happen by accident.

And I'm so proud of inflation has done what it has done to all of us, and we were behind.

And so my question is, is like, how do you explain to people that housing affordability is where it needs to be when so many people can't buy the house that they want? And does the city have any interaction, any strategy? Does it have any part to play in this housing affordability story?
