I think that's just a great jumping off point.

So what I've seen, so as you've said in my intro, is that I was a private practitioner once before, and now I've been around for a long time.

Now I'm around interns and residents, et cetera.

And I keep seeing the same theme that we are an outcomes-based society.

Because that's the visible one.

That's the one that hits us the hardest.

Did the animal die? Did it live? Did it this? And what I've seen is that we have been associating bad outcomes with, well, we must have been a failure.

But how do we assess process? What do we do to start building a good process that we can have confidence in?
