I'm curious, what do you guys think is the secret to that longevity? Why has this concept managed to stick around when so many restaurants open and close their doors? Uh, what do you think's behind that?

Uh, initially, of course, uh, my timing was impeccable.

Uh, opening in 2011 was a really good time.

Like I said before, there were still restaurants closing down in 2010, and still in 2011 was not a good restaurant scene at all.

Um, then with the vision what I had with the beer garden and having homemade sodas, homemade milkshakes, uh, homemade bratwurst.

We made our, our, our hamburgers.

We were actually a trendsetter for a good food environment in Nashville.
