Yeah, I mean, it is exceptional, I suppose, even just to begin with, the fact that there was a High Court case.

I mean, that is, it is highly unusual.

That will not have been an easy task.

It will have had costs for them to be able to pursue that and bring that to the High Court.

And they were successful.

So they've had a victory in the High Court, which was the case centred around the Home Office was found to have acted unlawfully against in February 2024, when it removed long-standing protections for survivors of torture, trafficking and other serious forms of violence from its asylum accommodation policy.
