I'll start then by going straight to the top and the school's principal, Catherine Jeffery.

So we've always known that this was the home of Sir Thomas Boleyn and that Anne Boleyn, this was her family home, that she was here in the past and we've got various artefacts that have been discovered in some of the cellars under the main building.

But this is tremendously exciting because now with the recent exposure underneath the wall at the Ha Ha, we see the cellars and the tunnels that are underneath the front of what was the Palace of Bewley.

So this was the Tudor palace on which Hampton Court was modelled.

Obviously our history department, our theology department, all very excited about the latest find.

And we're having a geophysics survey undertaken because as you'll see at the front of this, what's now the grand main building, was actually the back of a quad.

So the more significant buildings are actually under this lawn and this driveway at the front of the school.
