But give me some background on the organization, how y'all got started here,

So our organization has been around for several years, 46, 47 years as a national organization.

Okay.

And it started with Aetna Beach in 2017. the New York area.

And what her vision was at that time was to, in her words, coalesce, to get some people to come together and start fighting some of the issues and ills that they saw that were impacting black women and girls.
