What is something that you think you learned in those 20 years that your peers could never have learned in their 20 years in corporate that make you stand out, that made you a faster promote, that made you move into these higher level roles? Are there those intangible things that you think just make you more well-rounded, stronger, or give you that perspective?

One thing to me now, there is nothing that we do that is life or death.

When people are freaking out and feeling like the world is just coming down because some person is going to be annoyed or upset that something didn't go the way they expected.

I know what it's like to do counseling and have somebody in the room that if I don't intervene right at this moment, they're either going to be abused or they're going to go and try to commit suicide.

And I need to do something right now to prevent that from happening.

Yeah.

There is nothing that comes to the sense of urgency that you feel then and the way you need to present with calm in doing so.
