Kathleen, listening in, what, what are your reflections? And from a worker's perspective, what would you say w- are the areas where we made the most progress and where we still need to do some work?

First, I join Chris to congratulate all of us and especially the office for, uh, us all adopting Convention 187.

Um, let me say that for us, the greatest advant- uh, advance in recent years was elevating occupational safety and health to a fundamental rights.

And a- in our view, it should have been there from the very beginning, and the ILO has worked on that from its very foundation.

Um, I also want to say that we have two core conventions, 155 and 187.

For us, 155 is the basis of all the rights in, uh, occupational safety and health.

187 adds the importance of prevention and other matters.

So if I can turn to you, Kathleen, um, from your perspective, uh, since workers are the first to really experience a lot of what we're talking about at the workplace, what are the most, uh, salient or, or important risks that you from a worker's perspective are c- is concerned about when it comes to OSH as we move forward, as we look ahead?
