So background in marketing and marketing in real estate, what really drove you into doing more of the brokerage side of things?

So because I was drawn to marketing and I didn't even know what commercial real estate was before I got that job, it like opened up an entire world for me and just seeing how motivated and how driven and how commercial real estate brokers can make an impact.

Like when I was at the boutique brokerage, they can just make such a huge impact to the community and local businesses where not a lot of local businesses get real time time with a broker because brokers sometimes tend to ignore newer and smaller businesses and that has led to just tenants and new businesses being underrepresented when they are going to lease out of space and that leads to leases that are more landlord favored and When I saw that switch when I was at a boutique brokerage and then now at KW Commercial, where you can really make that impact for small businesses, step in and make them more comfortable and know what they're getting into.

That's when I was like, I need to switch from marketing into this type of field and get really involved with the community to help out.
