yeah i grew up watching a lot of um movies uh consuming american content all types of media that are american and of course i had my own thoughts about it and we see what's happening in the media and but when we came here um it was different from what we thought it was just like sandrine said People are warm and kind and very helpful with any information that you might need.

And it's been so beautiful to have conversations with people that are in the journalism industry here in the States and find that we have so many similarities.

The state of our newsrooms is almost the same.

we find that now journalism has changed over the years and we now have to be five things in one you have to be a podcaster social media manager and a journalist and an editor but um it's been such a beautiful experience and such a privilege
