So in line with that one, what do you think that are the core ingredients of a high-performing bookkeeping or accounting practice today?

Yeah.

I think one of the things you need to do is understand what technology you're going to be using.

And investing in technology from day one, whatever that might look like for you and your practice.

And the reason I say that is if you go, I can't afford to do that today, by the time you need to do that, the can't afford will be time.

It'll have been because you've sort of put rubber bands around everything up until that point.

And then you need to change because your practice has grown, you've brought team members on, you've understood the complexity.

But I think the next question then is how do they get that experience? right like how like because you want to be giving good advices to to your clients so how do they get there
