While my next question is what are the steps that you recommend in your advocacy that older Oklahomans who have fallen prey to these scams take immediately after it has happened? But also, if you could address, you touched on it in the social context, but how can they recover from that emotional investment and that psychological damage in order to prevent it from happening again? Because sometimes they walk away really still believing that was a relationship.

Absolutely.

Absolutely.
22:28
It's a very-- It is a very difficult and impactful thing.
22:32
So I will first talk about the steps.
22:36
So the steps that should be taken after someone, again, this is catered toward older adults, but it can apply to anyone because even young whippersnappers can fall prey to scams.
22:49
So if it was done through a bank account or some sort of account that you have access to, the first thing to do is always gonna be to contact that institution, let them know that some sort of fraud or scam has taken place there to see if they're able to put a freeze or a hold or anything on there on the account to try to recover the money.
