Talk a bit about the timing and how those become important during litigation.

So when somebody passes away, really most of the time in a living trust, the The trustor, the creator of the trust, is also the trustee up until their time of death.

Sometimes that changes if that person loses capacity prior to their death or something along those lines.

But generally, it's going to be, let's call it one of the parents, because that's usually what we're seeing, who is the trustee up until death.

Then it follows the terms of the trust in terms of who's the successor trustee.

Some people named two of their kids, some people named all of their kids, some people named one of their kids.

And you don't have any control over when the litigation really happens.
