I know I kind of spoke on this just a little bit earlier, but, you know, We have optimal lab ranges, right? So when your doctor draws labs for you, whether they do a hormone panel or a CBC, just a regular blood panel, there are values that are within normal range, right? And typically, that's what your doctor is looking at just to make sure everything's in the green, right? Everything is in optimal range.

But that optimal range, I would argue, is not always optimal.
