And if they make that call, what services are available immediately?

Yep.

So immediately, we're just going to ensure that they are safe and can remain on the phone.

We'll make sure that if the call gets disconnected, we have a number to call them back on if it is safe to call back.

And, you know, sometimes it might be better to communicate through an email.

And so we can have that as an option as well, if they're not able to talk at that time.

And so then we'll just go over what is their immediate needs at that moment.

And so I guess let's just open up a little bit of dialogue of is that happening in the area? Is it very common? What are some things to look out for if you want to take it from there?
