So from a support standpoint, I, At the brokerage level, so we recently made our first kind of agentic AI here.

We named her Claire.

I don't know if we're allowed to – I don't know if it's ethically appropriate if we are supposed to give them pronouns or whatever now.

But we made something called Claire, and Claire's role is to essentially go through and – completely replace the concept of drip emails and conversion when it comes to engaging with our leads.

In Texas, it is much more difficult with recent legislature to cold call and things like that.
