So let's jump in here and finish this conversation.
1:06
Yeah, so gut healing obviously was huge for me.
1:10
Really, I had to work through a lot of really rebuilding my gut health.
1:17
And it started with a SIBO diagnosis, small intestinal bacterial overgrowth.
1:23
That was kind of the first thing that was really identified and given a name in terms of my gut health.
1:31
And that actually is what led me into natural health because...
1:36
I ended up with a naturopath to help me work through clearing SIBO and getting my gut back to balance, at least in that regard.

13:36
So how long did it take you to recover from all this?
0:44
So how long ago did your journey start with what you're wrestling with?
0:52
Yeah, that was probably about 10 to 12 years ago.
0:55
It was after I had my first child or my only child, and my health just started sort of unraveling one thing after another after that with... kind of escalating autoimmunity or autoimmune markers with arthritis, with a lot of gut issues, anxiety, sort of this mix of stuff and really inflammation, which I ended up in the optometrist's office because I was at a blurry vision in one eye.
1:29
And the optometrist said, it's inflammation.
1:33
It's not an eye specific problem.
1:34
You have some systemic inflammation.
1:36
So that was really the wake-up call for me at that point.

9:00
So how did you change yours?
31:18
You had this thing and you were, I don't know, bed bound or whatever it looked like for that person.
31:25
Right.
31:25
Right.
31:26
Absolutely.
31:27
Yeah.
31:27
I mean, I think the most inspiring stories to me are the ones where they are so debilitated.
31:33
They've lost their quality of life.

Now, obviously everyone is unique and individual and there might be some outliers, but personally in our practice, I see that there's some common themes.
