ESOPs, the kind of the structure around it and the government regulation and the rules and all that around it, it's a lot more, you know, versus, you know, if it's just like, there's nothing wrong with other kind of, you know, profit shares or employee, you know, kind of employee share ownership plans, those kinds of things.

They're just less important.

I don't want to say less reliable, but just less structure to it.

Yeah, absolutely.

But I think the really interesting, cool wrinkles through all of this is I think a lot of people hear, oh, share price down.

Therefore, my account value is going to go down.

So what can we do to kind of keep the share price growing? It is hit our numbers to some degree, like really pull together, make sure we're growing revenue and hitting our numbers, but then contributing ideas and improvements that are going to help us improve those going forward as well.
