And that's something that I think could maybe be a weakness for you guys is the rebounding.

Purdue's kind of had a history of like really dominant one rebounder guys inside.

Last year it was two with Kaufman, Wren, and Clough.

I think it's a little habit.

I think it's a little bit like they're just used to big guys gobbling everything up.

I do want to ask about Omer Meyer and Purdue's pick and roll a little bit.

Just like, what are you seeing? Cause like it hasn't been the cleanest thing through the summer.

So to me, it's finding those people that are young and up and coming and have, have, you know, really started to make a mark and you see that they may have the upside ability to be special, you know, in a big 10 program later on, I guess your thoughts in terms of just the world of athletics now and what they have to do well and, and whether this is in your mind, the right type of hire.

This felt more like when the ball was in Carson's hand, when Meyer was running the offense and like Meyer was asked to be a score as a point guard or as a ball handler more so than, than facilitating looking to facilitate first, I should say.

yeah um it is it's luka donkic-esque like it's slow that he's a big guard like he's a really big guard that wants to play at his pace he wants to pound the ball make the defense make a decision and then he goes um Was there a little bit too much pull-up jumper in that, in what we saw? A little bit.

He's a streaky shooter, right? And he can make tough shots.

And so there's always...

There's always a give and take to that where it's going to look ugly a few possessions just because the only way you can make tough jump shots is if you're expecting to take every jump shot and bit of space that you see.

But I feel like those two guys are going to be asked to lead the way offensively on this team.

But before I do that, were there any other big takeaways that, you know, like, just as you walked out there on the court, right, a- and were looking at the team go, were there any other big takeaways that just struck you in terms of, of just the team as a whole?
