24:00
So Carson, who did you have at number four?
24:02
This is where I had Boston.
24:04
Um, and I, I like Tatum.
24:05
I think h- he's such an interesting, like, genre of player because he, we've seen him be, like, All-NBA first team several times, but he also, to me, like, he's never...
24:18
Although he's All-NBA first team several times, he's never, at really at any point in his career, I've never considered him to be a top-tier NBA player.
24:25
Um, to me, he's always in that, like, second tier of, like, really good All-NBA guys, but never top three, top four guy.
24:32
Um, s- but obviously really awesome.

34:38
At number two, who do you got?
31:24
All right, Carson, who'd you have at 11?
31:26
I also had Washington here.
31:28
Um, pretty...
31:30
I mean, we've talked about it.
31:31
I, I do...
31:32
I mean, I'm in the boat of I think Trey has become a little underrated.
31:36
Um, I think that there are, there are other score first guards in the NBA with defensive weaknesses.

So Carson, who did you have at number nine, and then reveal your number eight?
NicholasHOST
11:02
Maybe not right now because obviously we're tapering, but what do you optimize for? What do you do specifically in your training? You're a sophomore, so I'm sure it's a little different than if you were a senior, maybe running higher mileage, but what are you up to right now?
11:17
So, I mean, typically, like, when I test lactate, it's on a lot of, like, threshold work just so I can make sure I'm in, like, the right, like, metabolic threshold zone, like, or close to my LT2 or LT1, depending on what I'm doing and, like, sub-threshold.
11:33
So, like, I'll test, like, two times a workout, like, kind of, like, in the middle, closer to the end.
11:40
Like, if I'm doing six by K, I'd test at, like, four and six or...
11:45
Something along those lines and just look at the data and try to...
11:49
Since I know my own zones with the numbers, I try to just have the lactate come down as I'm finishing the workout.
11:58
Just run consistent on the same times too.

Not to act like you're the king of all kings, but what do you think separates you from a lot of the other athletes? And your abilities, like mentally, what mindset, what attitude towards the sport do you think separates you or maybe a lot of the other good guys from everybody else?
