You know, what's your confidence level in that aspect?
11:21
Yeah, I mean, I, I, I'm super confident in that type of offense and, um, you know, how it's ran.
11:27
And obviously it's probably a little bit different and maybe a little more, um, upgraded.
11:32
And, um, it creates efficiency.
11:35
You know, when you're able to go through progressions, when you're able to check in and out of plays from run to pass, pass to run, pass to pass, run to...
11:42
All the different things that you can do based off of coverages and defenses.
11:45
Obviously defenses get better and better, you know, as time goes, and the talent only continues to get better as well.
12:20
gonna... serve you best now that you're making the transition.
2:23
How big of a hurdle has that been and maybe just getting the cadence down and going through that?
2:27
Yeah.
2:28
Again, it's been different, you know, in college, especially at Miami, we were barely under center.
2:33
We were in the gun a lot at Georgia.
2:34
We were more under center.
2:36
So, you know, I've, I've had reps at it and had practice at it.
2:39
So it's something that I'm comfortable with, but I haven't done them in so long that, you know, just getting back used to being under center with different centers, you know, as you're, you know, going through practice with different guys and just getting used to that.

5 MINS LATER

8:01
Does it intrigue you any more in the fact that you're a rookie quarterback in the NFL and so is your head coach and he's an offensive minded guy?
18:05
And that, do you feel similar to what I just basically described, that you've already experienced a lot of what a professional quarterback experiences?
18:14
Uh, well, I mean, 100%, you know? Um, again, I was at Georgia and Miami, so that, that's the different places.
18:20
Uh, the, the injury obviously last year with the elbow and having to go through that and rehab through that, and then the experience.
18:27
Again, you know, like I just said, it-40-plus games.
18:31
You know, a lot of big-time games too, you know, being, being at Georgia and, you know, the, the top 10 match-ups.
18:37
And then this past year making the playoff run, playing against a bunch of top 10 teams.
18:41
It, again, it, it's been a great experience, and, uh, I wouldn't trade it for anything.
20:01
What was that like for you waking up that morning on national championship game day, Carson? What was that like for you?

7:08
Give me one thing that you know you need to work on to succeed at the next level.
7:13
Yeah, one thing I need to work on.
7:15
Uh, for me, you know, I think just the consistency of the game and just taking the, making the simple plays.
7:23
Uh, just con- do that over and over again and understanding how hard it is to, to get a completion, you know, in this league and in the game.
7:30
And just take that, keep it simple, and just be consistent.
7:34
You know, just continue to work on that.
7:35
And obviously, you can always get better at everything, but I think that's one thing that I've really been focusing on, you know, heading into this.
8:46
[laughs]
