D and L stole my answer about the finance talk, so I'll move on to, I was in a peripheral nerve.

talk this afternoon, and one interesting case that Dr. Brogan presented was about a ballistic nerve injury, which unfortunately in St. Louis we see a fair number of, and it was just a really enlightening discussion to think about the best timing of how to manage a known ballistic nerve injury, and really enriching to have so many different perspectives.
