What still needs to change for women of color in this industry?

I mean, I think you mentioned the word playbook and I use that word a lot.

And I think part of it is understanding that playbook because it's very, very confusing.

And, you know, one of the things I talked about in the latest speech I gave is that I like to be very vulnerable about the struggles of my career, because when people see me as CMO of a company, they oftentimes think it was just so easy.

Oh, she's just the exception that somehow crack would fit through the cracks.

But the reality is it's not.

It's not that easy because that playbook is something that most of us as Black people, as people of color, we just weren't exposed to.
