How, how, in what scenario would, would the cyber and a D&O policy be impacted, and how often does this happen?

So if it's okay, I'll go first on this one.

Um, I think this is really the, the heart of it, and I think that it's quite consistent across the claims that, that we've seen.

So an incident happens, ransomware, data theft, third-party compromise, an outage of some kind, and in the first two to three weeks, there's enormous amounts of uncertainty, and there's also enormous amounts of pressure.

And it's exactly in that environment that some very, very high-stakes decisions get made.
10:22
Do we shut systems down? Do we pay? What do we tell the markets? What do we tell our customers? What do we tell the regulators, and when? Um, and so the, the loss crystallizes.
10:34
Business interruption is incurred.

And I think there's been certain claims which we're aware of, where there's been a question of, for example, of is the CISO an insured person? And if you're an insured, these are the sorts of questions that you need to be having prior to an incident occurring.
