Reese TisdaleHOST
So When you look at the M&A, though, what does it tell us where they're heading, right? Does that give us an indication of what's happening in the market overall?

Caroline VauclainGUEST
The first one, one I've kind of touched on a little bit, the geographic expansion and then acquiring new capabilities.

Caroline VauclainGUEST
So I'll touch on each one of those because I think they each tell us something.

Caroline VauclainGUEST
In terms of geographic expansion, we're seeing a couple markets where there's an uptick in recent activity from some of these more global players like in Australia, New Zealand, and some markets in Europe like the UK and the Nordics.

Caroline VauclainGUEST
We've seen more of these firms going after acquisitions in those regions, trying to capitalize on some of the growth there.

Caroline VauclainGUEST
And then what stands out to me in terms of adding is that firms are moving further upstream and using acquisitions to do so.

Reese TisdaleHOST
Well, Caroline, I mean, as far as the report overall, anything else we missed, anything else that jumps out at you that's worth sharing for the listeners out there?
