I think the other part of what Brock was talking about, I think we sometimes think about grief and we think of gender norms.

And I think certainly males can sometimes have that stigma associated to them around you must carry on, you must move forward, don't show those emotions that are particularly female, which of course we know now to be very unhelpful.
