the footfall was in our time that quickly evolved to people shopping online and I had to learn fast Louise and I said that to a lot of business owners that struggle with this piece of online visibility and with building a brand you can learn a lot self-taught is like I am self-taught you have a lot of training I've listened to a lot of people like you you've listened to a lot of you know workshops and I've been on a lot of training but you do not need to go to university to get a degree in building a brand to actually grab it by the scruff of the neck so I remember I had six staff and I had a website that no one was going to and I had bills coming out of my ears and when people ask me now how did you do those videos and how did you show up online I remember my first Facebook live was in 2017 when no one was doing Facebook lives and um I said, you know what? When you have staff and bills to pay, there's nothing we step up to the mark quicker.

So, and I actually remember speaking or let my very first podcast I ever listened to was social media marketing world.

And I know you're great friends with those guys over there.

And they would have been great advocates for how to do it and the high and writing blogs and all of that.

So I, Studied everything, did it, and I threw myself into the online world.

And I became, I suppose, an influencer without realizing within my shop.
