But yeah, can you give it to us, like the whole backstory, the whole kit and caboodle?

Totally.

So my story starts off pretty sad.

My mom, she died when I was five years old.

And coming from a kind of Catholic background, the funeral was really hard because it was an open casket.

And I think for a five-year-old to see her mother laying there with like makeup that doesn't look right.

I remember her nails and the nail color and like I think that that was the beginning of my problem with religion in general.

Yeah.

So what made you create your business? Do you love pizza? Do you think about if you have a night where you're going to watch a movie or you just want to relax? That's when I think about wanting pizza or sharing it with friends or sharing it in a gathering with a big group of people.

Absolutely.

I also think that there should be more access to really high quality pizza, like really delicious pizza.

I don't understand why it hasn't really come into our freezers yet, where it's not loaded with all kinds of preservatives, where you cannot read and understand the ingredients that are about to go into your body and your family's body.

And also, why does it look so weird and taste so bad? And so I think being able to solve that problem for people Every home in America has always been a dream of mine because, listen, delivery, it's not great.

By the time it gets there, no matter how good the pizza is, it can be cold.

The delivery driver can make it third in line in their car.

Tell us about your countertop oven.

issue right how did it become an issue right

like how did it become where my neighbors and my friends and everybody like I grew up in LA all my friends are Jewish you know what I mean like come on so all of a sudden they're calling me crying because they're scared and they're taking their mezuzahs off and they don't know if they can wear their their their necklaces.

And I'm just like, what? It blew my mind.

And I think that also for me, I come from a privileged place where I've never been discriminated against because of my religion, because of my background or anything.

And I know that it exists, but I just hadn't seen it happen to the Jewish community the way that I had heard that it did many, many, many years ago.

And, um, you know, there was only two subjects I ever even remember learning about in school.

And that was the subject of a little girl named Anne Frank and slavery.

At least you kept showing up on my feeds all the time.

We did.

And we had a lot of fun and we had a lot of close calls.

And a lot of times it was dangerous.

Now looking back and being a mother.

Oh my God.

I'll tell you, I did realize one of my very close friends at the time, they would spend a lot of time at my house.

Destroyed.

What made you decide to speak out?

For me, um, honestly, I'd always been a proud liberal, obviously, you know, Democrat from LA, um, in, in, in Hollywood, all of that.

And October 7th, it was the first, um, time I had ever witnessed, you know, in my privileged LA circle and bubble, um, antisemitism and just hate towards one group of people in a way that I just couldn't even comprehend.

Um, and I had just started dating my husband, who is Israeli, and I was like, and he had lost people at the Nova Music Festival in the most horrific of ways.

And I, I saw, like, immediate gaslighting, and um, it's really like the gaslighting of people in pain that has made me shift to...

Um, it's really been like the gaslighting of people in pain that has slowly, um, shifted, shifted my perspective.

Um, I couldn't believe that, like, when he and other people I knew had just said, like, "I lost this person at the Nova Festival," that it was, like, obliterated with hate.
